Mission: Park Pediatrics is a patient centered medical home , dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our pediatric and adolescent patients. We provide accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a respectful and culturally diverse-environment. We promote the physical and mental well-being of all of our patients, so that every child who walks through our doors can achieve his or her greatest potential in life. We feel strongly about promoting school success and incorporate the Reach Out & Read Program into well child visits. Our pediatricians give a developmentally and culturally appropriate book to all our children at their health check-ups starting from 6 months to 5 years of age.
Vision: Park pediatrics aims to provide the best quality of pediatric and adolescent care. We will be the leading pediatric patient centered medical home in the region, improving the health of our patients and community.
Sithanandam Sadhasivam, M.D
Sith Sadhasivam, M.D. completed his pediatric residency and neonatal intensive care fellowship at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. After practicing neonatal medicine for over 15 years, Dr. Sadhasivam founded Park Pediatrics in 1995. Dr. Sadhasivam served as the chair of pediatrics at Washington Adventist Hospital from 2008-2011. He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and enjoys spending his time with his five grandchildren.
Lavanya Sithanandam, M.D
Lavanya Sithanandam, M.D. completed medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois followed by pediatric residency at one of the nation’s top ranked children’s hospitals, Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. Dr. Sithanandam is the medical director at Park Pediatrics and the director of their Reach Out & Read Program. She is a strong advocate for her patients, fluent in Spanish and is certified by the International Society of Travel Medicine. She is currently serving as the vice chair of pediatrics for Holy Cross Hospital in Germantown, MD. She is happily married with two beautiful sons.
Ayan Farah, M.D
Ayan Farah M.D. grew up in Alexandria, VA. She completed medical school at Ross University School of Medicine followed by pediatric residency training at Children’s Hospital at Sinai in Baltimore, MD. She lives in Ashburn, VA with her husband and three children.
Louise Wong, M.D.
Louise Wong M.D. grew up in Brooklyn, New York and went to college at Georgetown University, where she majored in biology. She received her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. She then completed her pediatric residency training at top ranked Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and cheering on her favorite basketball team, the Georgetown Hoyas. Louise is also fluent in Cantonese.
Johanna Kaufman, M.D
Johanna grew up on Long Island just outside of New York City and had always dreamed of becoming a pediatrician. She moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where she completed both her undergraduate and medical school training at Washington University in St. Louis. After graduating, she transitioned to a different Washington when she completed her pediatric residency training at the top-ranked Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC, as a member of their primary care track. She currently lives in Washington, DC, with her soon-to-be husband.
Trisha Patel, M.D
Trisha Patel, MD is a pediatric resident at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.Trisha rotates at Park Pediatrics once a week. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Eric Feldman P.A.-C.
Eric is a physician assistant at Park Pediatrics. Eric grew up in Baltimore, MD and began his studies at the University of Maryland at College Park as an undergraduate with a Major in Biology. In 2009, he graduated from Drexel’s Physician Assistant Program, where he completed a master’s degree in Health and Human Sciences and received his PA certification. Before coming to Park Pediatrics, Eric worked as a healthcare provider in an urgent care center where he treated both children and adults. His hobbies include cheering for the Terps and Baltimore Ravens, and watching Seinfeld.
Kathleen Breuninger CPNP, MPH
Kathleen received her dual master’s degree in advanced practice nursing and public health from Johns Hopkins University. She was a hematology, oncology, BMT nurse at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC for five years before. She has a passion for international health and pediatrics. Kathleen loves to travel and go on adventures with her husband and dog.
Cody Collazo, MPH, CPNP-PC
Cody grew up in Florida and has always had a passion for serving children and their families. Cody is fluent in Spanish and has over eight years of pediatric nursing experience in infant and toddler medicine at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Cody then obtained her Master’s in Nursing and Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in 2017. As a pediatric nurse practitioner, she has a background in pediatric urgent care and is excited to serve the families of Park Pediatrics. Cody lives in northern Virginia with her husband, daughter, and their two cats. In her personal time, she enjoys gardening, time with her family, her husband’s cooking, and all things Puerto Rican! She is fluent in Spanish
Sejung Kim, CPNP-PC | “Amy”
Amy grew up in South Korea and moved to San Diego, CA at nine years old. She worked as a registered nurse in the Pediatric ICU at University of Maryland while continuing her education. Amy received her Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she trained to become a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. She is passionate about supporting children with developmental disorders. She also loves to travel and explore new places. She is fluent in Korean.
Demi Oliver, CPNP-PC
Demi received her master’s degree in advanced practice nursing from Saint Louis University. She served as a hematology-oncology nurse at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC from 2004-2007 then worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner in their Complex Care Clinic at Children’s National from 2010-2016 coordinating care for children with special needs. Demi has also worked as a nurse practitioner for DC Child Protective Services serving foster children. She has a passion for pediatric mental health care. In her free time she enjoys practicing Mandarin with her son and traveling to new and adventurous destinations; learning as much as she can about the country and culture.
Carla Figueroa, CMA, Office Manager
Carla Figueroa was born in the sunny state of California in the city of Los Angeles. She Lived in her parent’s home country El Salvador, Central America for four years and was raised in Silver Spring,MD. Carla is fluent in Spanish. Carla is happily married and is a devoted mother of four beautiful children. She enjoys working in the medical field and is pursuing a nursing degree at Washington Adventist University located in Takoma Park , Maryland. Her lifelong dream is to travel around the world some day.
Cecilia Martinez, Clinical Care Coordinator
Cecilia was born and raised in El Salvador. She received her medical degree at Universidad Autonoma de Santa Ana. After completing training in both general Pediatrics and Neonatology in El Salvador she spent several years as a practicing physician. She moved to the United States to seek new opportunities for growth in her medical career. Cecilia is currently the clinical care manager at Park Pediatrics helping patients find additional resources to manage their care. She works with our patients with chronic health care issues and helps our providers to to
more effectively manage their care. She is a native Spanish speaker and is also fluent in English. Outside of her medical career, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and working in her garden
Jyothi Injeti, Billing Manager
Jyothi Injeti is the billing manager at Park Pediatrics. She joined our medical practice in 2003 as a receptionist. Jyothi is the proud parent of two children. In her free time she enjoys cooking and watching Telegu movies.

Our physicians are affiliated with both Washington Adventist Hospital and Holy Cross Hospital. If you are delivering at either of these hospitals, our physicians, once notified by your labor and delivery nurse, will visit your baby within 24 hours of birth..
We also have a strong relationship with Children’s National Medical Center and often refer our patients who need specialty care to the specialists at Children’s Hospital
